What to Expect on Sundays
Here's what a typical Sunday morning looks like in 5 steps.
Arrive
Our Sunday service starts at 10:30 AM. Parking is located in the rear of the building and you can enter through either of the two main awning doors from there. If you have any questions, someone will be there at the doors to greet you and help point you in the right direction. Also, if you arrive a few minutes early, we have a welcome station and coffee available in the lobby starting at 10 AM. We look forward to meeting you and saying hi when you join us!
Have Kids?
Bring the whole family! We love kids here at Bethel and we look forward to greeting yours. During the service we provide a nursery for infants and classes for toddlers through 4 years of age. Children kindergarten through 2nd grade spend the first part of the service with us in the auditorium and then are dismissed to attend Children’s Church for fun activities and a lesson designed specifically for them. When you arrive, stop by the Bethel Kids check-in station and our workers will be happy to help you get settled. Also, we take security seriously and perform background checks on all volunteers in addition to using a check-in and check-out system to ensure the safety of the children.
Congregational Singing
We worship God through a variety of music, from traditional hymns to contemporary praise songs. In every style, we are committed to singing lyrics that help us to meditate on and respond to the glory of God and His glorious grace toward us in Jesus. The truth of God is living and active, and it changes us. It sets our hearts on fire and transforms our lives. We can’t help but praise the One who is worthy of all our praise, and who has done so much for us!
Faithful Preaching
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God. Each week you will hear a sermon that helps us to understand what the Bible teaches and how we can apply it in our daily lives. Every passage of Scripture points us toward the good news of all that God has done for us through Jesus, and we love to look deeply into what God has said and to see Him more clearly through His word.
Get Connected
Though gathering for corporate worship is one of our favorite parts of the week, we know that church is more than just a Sunday gathering. Sharing life together and experiencing loving community is a gift from God. We want to help others experience the same welcome and community we have received.
