Good Friday Service

Join us on March 30 at 7pm at Brandywine Baptist Church for our joint Good Friday service with the “One 4 Wilmington” churches (Brandywine Valley Baptist, City Church of Wilmington, and Epiphany Wilmington). The death of our Savior reconciles us to God and unites us as one body, one family. Our unity is not a small, low-priority issue. It was at the heart of Jesus’ prayers before he died because he intended our unity to display to the world the power and beauty of the gospel (John 17:19-23).

During the One 4 Wilmington Good Friday service, children in 5th grade and younger will have a Good Friday Children’s Program. All children must be pre-registered to attend. Register online now. Children will be placed in the nursery (birth – 3½ years old), preschool (ages 3½ -5 years old), early elementary (K-2nd grade), or upper elementary (3rd-5th grades) clubs. The nursery will have free play, snack time (Cheerios), and will make a simple craft. The preschool club will enjoy a puppet show, Bible lesson, craft, snack (goldfish crackers), and playtime. The elementary clubs will complete a craft and then will rotate to a large group Easter lesson and to game time in the gym. (Registration closes Tuesday, March 27, 2018.)
